This fantastic pocket nappy by Cotton Babies fits from newborn (around 7lbs) to approximately 35lb. The nappy comes complete with a slim but very absorbent 'one size' micro fibre insert which grows with the nappy, plus a newborn insert which has less bulk for the first few weeks, and can later be used as a booster for nights and heavier wetters.

Made from silky soft PUL, the outer pocket feels similar to cloth with a soft fleece lining on the inside to keep your baby's skin dry. The leg gussets and back are also gently elasticated with roll out leg casing which helps to prevent leaks and also prevents red marks on your babys legs.

Machine wash at up to 60 degrees and hang dry. Can be tumbled on low if necessary. Barrier creams should be used with caution with these nappies as they can leave a greasy residue that will stain and can compromise the reliability of the nappy.

The Wonderoo is a 'one size' nappy that will fit most babies from 8 - 35lbs and is one of the most convenient nappies to use as it has just 'one peice' to put on, but two parts for easier washing and drying. It is made from an outer layer of soft, waterproof PUL, attached to a soft stain resistant fleece liner. These layers form a pocket, into which an absorbent insert or pad is placed. The fleece liner stays dry, but allows the wetness to pass through to the insert inside, ensuring that the babies skin is dry and comfortable, whilst the PUL outer layer ensures that any wetness and solids stay inside. The legs and waist of this nappy are gently elasticated meaning good containment.

The Wonderoo is designed to be used with the 'Wonder-Full' insert, which comes in two parts that can be used seperately (i.e for newborns and smaller babies) or snapped together for maximum absorbency. It's hour-glass shape gives great coverage of the nappy area means less bulk betwen the legs, which gives this nappy a nice slim fit. However, the Wonderoo also performs well when stuffed with a prefold, terry or other insert.

The Wonderoo is fastened and can be adjusted from newborn to toddler setting using the poppers. For newborn babies, the rise (height) can be reduced by snapping the poppers to the lowest setting and the wings of the nappy are wrapped over each other for tiny waists. This nappy is so adjustable that it is a good fit for most babies, and is especially good at the lower end of the weight range. As with all one size nappies, the fit is dependant on the size and build of the baby and for larger toddlers or late trainers, a larger nappy may be required.

No seperate liners or wraps are required with this nappy and although it may appear expensive at first, because it is one size and dries easily, you will not need as many as some nappies, making it a very economical choice.

This award winning nappy from Tots Bots is made from a wonderfully soft bamboo towelling. A fast growing crop, bamboo doesn't need chemicals or fertilizers to grow which makes it incredibily eco friendly. It is also 60% more absorbent than cotton and has natural anti bacterial properties making it perfect for use as a nappy fabric.

Although similar in design to the original Tots Bots cotton nappy, it is slightly slimmer and remains soft after repeated washing and drying. Very absorbent this nappy is particularly useful at night or when extra absorbency is required.

With a popper fastening this Size 2 nappy will fit from 10-35lbs, although it can be used from birth with the use of a nappy nippa. Available in natural only.

A seperate wrap and liners will be needed for use with this nappy.

This nappy from Bambinex is made from the finest East Asian Bamboo, creating a truly soft and luxurious nappy. Bamboo is a highly bio degradable crop, easily cultivated without the need for pesticides, so you can be assured that you are making an environmentally friendly choice too. Bamboo also has naturally antibacterial properties and tests show that even after 100 washes, the bamboo fibre retains these qualities.

Bamboo terry surpasses cotton in moisture absorption with its criss cross texture creating microscopic openings in the fibres which absorb at least 60% more. These nappies are therefore very thirsty, but can also have a lovely slim cut.

This nappy comes in a size 2, and fastens with a nappy nippa, meaning it is adjustable enough (and slim enough) to be comfortably used from birth to potty. Although one of the slimmest nappies on the market today, it has a high rise, which means that it will fit for longer. A true 'one-size' nappy. This nappy comes with a removable booster.

This nappy feels fantastic, very soft and although this does diminish slightly with washing, it always feels much softer than cotton terry (especially in hard water areas).

This wonderfully cuddly nappy from Bambinex is made from the softest microfibre which is just as absorbent as cotton, but without the bulk.

Although not a natural product, microfibre is ideal as a nappy fabric as it remains very soft even after repeated washing and has natural anti bacterial properties. However, its biggest advantage over other fabrics is its speed of drying. This nappy is almost dry from the spin cycle and will be dry within a few hours in the right conditions.

This Size 2 nappy fastens with a nappy nippa and with its removable booster is so adjustable that it fits snugly from birth to potty training. You'll need to add the booster for older babies and may need to boost again for nights and toddlers. The WamBamboo booster is ideal for this.

Machine washable at 60 degrees and can be tumbled on low, although you shouldn't need to. This nappy will need a seperate wrap and liner.

These are great quality prefold nappies made from 100% cotton. They can be used traditionally folded using a nappy nippa, or pad folded in a snug fitting wrap. They are also very efficient used as an insert for a pocket nappy.

Used by nappy laundries throughout the UK, these nappies are very durable and make an economical nappy system. Once washed they 'quilt' up and become lovely and soft.

They consist of three panels - the central panel comprising of 8 layers and the outer panels consisting of 4 layers. These nappies are the Supreme version (not the thinner Superior size).
Small - to fit up to 16lbs
Regular - to fit 16 - 25lbs
Toddler - to fit 25lbs +

Can be washed up to 70°C hang or tumble dried on low.

Pad folded nappies will need a gussetted wrap and we recommend the Bummis Super Whisper wrap or Junior Joy Finn wrap. For traditional folding, almost all wraps will be suitable, and we recommend the Motherease Airflow or Rikki wraps, which will provide good coverage of the nappy area. You will also require liners and may need boosters for nightime and older children.

These lovely muslin squares are made from 100% supersoft cotton. They are perfect for using as newborn nappies, boosters or as burp cloths and for general mopping up. Suprisingly absorbent, they are perfect for using in the first few weeks when changing is frequent. They can be traditionally folded and fastened with a nippa, or pad folded and placed in a snug fitting wrap, the Tots Bots Fleece wrap size 0 is designed specifically for this purpose. Both provide a slimline fit.
