Postage & Delivery Rates
UK Postage
As standard, items are sent by Royal Mail second class for delivery in 2-3 days. Heavier parcels may be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels for delivery in 3-5 days. We may split your order into two packages if this proves to be a more economical option.
Overseas Postage
Delivery overseas will be by courier and is charged at a higher rate. If you are ordering from overseas, please get in touch to obtain revised delivery rates.
Free Delivery for customers in Tayside & Fife
If your address falls within our laundry delivery area we will deliver your item for free. At the checkout, postage will be added to your payment, but once payment has been received by us, the postage amount will be refunded directly to your credit / debit card at no cost to you.
Despatch Times
For orders received by 12 noon, we will endeavour to despatch your items on the next working day.
Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by return.
