Returns
We hope you are satisfied with the purchases you make from us, however, should you find that you wish to return an item for any reason, you can do so within one month for a full refund.  The item must be returned in unused condition and if applicable, in its original packaging and with a note of your invoice number, if possible.  Any postage incurred in returning the item is the responsibility of the purchaser and you should note that if free postage was applied when you placed your order, the cost of this postage will be deducted from your refund. 

We would always recommend using our 'trial service' before placing an order for a nappy system to avoid mistakes of this kind.  We would also suggest that if you order a birth to potty pack, you wash and try only one or two of the nappies to ensure that you are satisfied before washing any more.  We do not accept returns of any washed and used items that are not faulty.  

Faulty Goods
Should you find that a product is defective, we will provide a full refund without question.  Please return the item to us within one month, with a note detailing the problem and if possible your invoice number.  Your return postage costs will be refunded, however, please take care when posting and packing the items as we will not pay for items that have been packaged irresponsibly.  Some of our items do come with manufacturer's guarantees i.e on poppers, and if you find you have problems after one month, please contact us and we can advise accordingly.
